Everything you get

A whole marriage, in one calm place

From a daily question to worship you keep together and a gentle way back after a hard day — Sakeena turns small, sincere moments into a marriage full of barakah.

Connect every day

Marriage isn't built in the big moments — it's built in the small, daily ones. Each day Sakeena gives you and your spouse one shared question. You both answer privately, then your answers reveal to each other at the same time. No pressure, no performing — just a gentle habit of turning toward one another. It's the heart of what makes Sakeena a real Islamic marriage app for couples, not another checklist.

  • A new Daily Connection Card every day — answer privately, then reveal together
  • See how you're both really doing with a weekly check-in and a shared mood trend
  • Schedule love notes and affirmations to land in your spouse's day
  • Keep it warm with a halal date-idea deck and your love languages, the Islamic way

Worship together

The strongest marriages are the ones that pray together. Sakeena helps you and your spouse keep your deen side by side — turning ibadah into something you share, not something you each do alone. Track the five daily prayers, Qur'an, dhikr, fasting, and sadaqah, and cheer each other on through it all.

  • Salah tracking for all five daily prayers — on time, late, or qada, always without shame
  • Accurate prayer times for your location, with multiple calculation methods and madhab, plus a qibla compass and the Hijri date
  • A tasbih dhikr counter and simple logs for Qur'an, fasting, and sadaqah
  • Couple worship challenges with a shared streak, a shared du'a board, and — only if you both choose to — a gentle view of each other's salah

Repair gently

Every marriage has hard days. What matters is how you come back. Sakeena gives you a calm, structured way to raise what's heavy, take a Sunnah-inspired pause before words turn sharp, and make things right — grounded in the mercy and patience the Prophet ﷺ taught. It's opt-in and never escalates on its own. This is a space for reconciliation, not a substitute for counselling or professional help.

  • "Raise it gently" — a calm, structured way to bring up something hard
  • A cool-down space with a timer, a simple breathing exercise, a grounding du'a, and prophetic reminders
  • A guided repair and apology flow: acknowledge, take responsibility, make du'a together, reconnect
  • A shared or private issue log so nothing important gets lost — you choose what stays yours

Grow in your deen

A stronger marriage is a form of worship. Sakeena's Islamic marriage learning tracks turn timeless guidance into short lessons you can actually apply — each with a pull-quote and a "discuss together" prompt so what you learn becomes something you talk about, not just read. Move through the tracks at your own pace and mark a shared completion moment together.

  • Five learning tracks: Rights of Spouses, Prophetic Marriage, Communication, Finance & Barakah, and In-Laws
  • Short, readable lessons with a pull-quote and a prompt to discuss together
  • Track your progress and reach a shared completion moment when you finish a track together
  • Rooted in the Qur'an and Sunnah — practical, warm, and never preachy

Remember your story

The years go quickly. Sakeena keeps the moments that matter — the ones you'll want to look back on together — in one shared, private place. Build a timeline of your marriage, count down to what's coming, and watch how far you've grown as a couple, one small step at a time.

  • A shared photo and memory timeline, with "on this day" moments that resurface the good times
  • Countdowns to your anniversary and to the Islamic days you love
  • Relationship levels, streaks, and badges that celebrate showing up for each other
  • A modest, shareable monthly recap of how you grew together

Private, respectful, and made for you

Sakeena is for married Muslim couples — full stop. It is not a dating or matchmaking app, and it will never be. What you share stays between the two of you, worship is tracked without guilt, and every sensitive space is handled with care and modesty. Gentle notifications respect an overnight quiet-hours window, and the whole app is here in the language you love.

  • Built for married couples only — no dating, no matchmaking, no strangers
  • A modest intimacy section that is marriage- and age-gated, and never explicit
  • Private by default: you control what's shared and what stays yours
  • Gentle notifications with quiet hours overnight — a nudge, never a nag
  • Available in English, Arabic, Turkish, Urdu, French, and German, with full right-to-left support

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Sakeena a dating or matchmaking app?
No. Sakeena is only for couples who are already married. It is a private space for a husband and wife to grow closer, worship together, and work through the ordinary ups and downs of married life. There are no profiles to browse, no strangers, and no matching of any kind.
What does Sakeena actually do?
Each day you and your spouse answer a shared Connection Card question privately, then reveal your answers to each other. Beyond that, you can track your salah, Qur'an, dhikr, fasting and sadaqah together with accurate prayer times and a qibla compass, work through gentle check-ins and a guided repair flow when something's hard, follow Islamic marriage learning tracks, and keep a shared timeline of memories and milestones. It's built to bring the sakeenah Allah places between spouses (Qur'an 30:21) into your everyday routine.
How much does Sakeena cost? Is there a free trial?
Sakeena is a paid subscription and there is no free trial. You can download the app and create your account for free, but full access — the Daily Connection Card, worship tracking, learning tracks, repair tools, and more — requires a subscription. Current pricing is shown right inside the app on the subscription screen, since prices vary by region, and one subscription covers both spouses in your household. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscriptions.
Who can see the answers, notes, and reflections I write?
Your private answers stay private until you and your spouse have both responded — only then do they reveal to each other. Anything you keep as a private reflection stays yours alone. Your couple's data is stored on our servers and isolated per couple, so no other couple can ever see it, and in a plural marriage co-wives never see one another's data.
Does my spouse need to have the app too, and how does pairing work?
Yes — Sakeena is meant to be used by both spouses, since the daily card and shared worship only come alive when you're both in. Pairing is simple: one of you creates the couple and shares a one-time invite code, and the other enters it to link your accounts. From then on you share one connected space.
What languages is Sakeena available in?
Sakeena is fully available in English, Arabic, Turkish, Urdu, French, and German. Arabic and Urdu are supported in proper right-to-left layout. You can choose your language in the app, and each spouse can use their own preferred language.
Can I set my madhab and prayer calculation method?
Yes. Sakeena computes prayer times for your location and lets you choose from multiple calculation methods as well as your madhab (which affects the Asr time), so the times match how your family prays. It also shows the qibla direction and the Hijri date.
Is the content based on the Qur'an and Sunnah?
Yes. Sakeena is built around Islamic values, and its worship tools and learning tracks — covering the Rights of Spouses, Prophetic Marriage, communication, finance and barakah, and in-laws — draw on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. It is a faith-centered companion for your marriage, not a substitute for a scholar, imam, or professional counselling.
Is Sakeena available on Android?
Not yet. Sakeena is currently available only on iPhone (iOS) so we can make the experience as polished as possible. An Android version isn't available at this time, but you're welcome to reach out and let us know you'd like one.
Is the intimacy content explicit?
No. The intimacy section is written modestly within an Islamic marriage framework and is never explicit. It's gated so it's only available to married adult users, and it focuses on closeness, kindness, and understanding between spouses rather than graphic content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is billed through Apple, so you cancel it the same way you manage any App Store subscription — in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions, or via the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; we never see or store your card or payment details, as billing is handled by Apple.
How is my data protected, and how do I delete it?
Your data is encrypted in transit, your password is only ever stored as a secure hash, and location (if you allow it) is used solely to compute prayer times and qibla — never sold or shared. We use only our own in-house, privacy-safe analytics that count feature usage, never the content of your answers, notes, or reflections, and we don't collect advertising identifiers or track you across other apps. You can view and edit your information anytime, and you can permanently delete your account and its data right from the app's Settings.
